A Resurrected Hip Hop World

Turn on your car stereo to a hip hop station, now a days its all the same thing, bling bling, cars money and of course them lovely video vixens. These rappers or entertainers

lyrics and videos are filled with the glamorous life style, fast cars and half naked women. I my self am not frowning upon these things and this article isn't written to bash the music videos or the image of rappers.

It's about this era of hip hop and the current state its in. This is strictly my opinion... hip

hop is mainly mainstream straight garbage. A bunch of trendy club hopping and ass shaking wannabe followers. Biting on one hook lines like some stupid fish. What happened to rappers like Common, Mos Def and Nas? Instead it's an overflow of Lil Wayne whom is the hottest thing on the market and everyone just jumps on the band wagon. He just uses a bunch of metaphors that don't pertain to much of anything. I know there will never be another biggie or tupac but I am sure they're rolling over in their graves I think most of us can agree to that.

Perhaps we need to start digging... going underground to find a new sound to resurrect this current state of hop hop.
